Job Requirements:
1. Collaborate with Financing Institutions
- Identify and connect with leasing and financing companies specializing in vehicle or business finance.
- Present our business model to highlight ROI and earning potential for buyers.
- Secure MOUs for vehicle financing in passenger and cargo segments.
2. Develop Dealership Partnerships
- Identify and onboard individuals interested in starting a dealership business.
- Promote the business model and communicate clear ROI expectations.
- Focus on expanding in major cities and regions, particularly Sumatra, Java, and Kalimantan.
3. Engage with Fleet Management and Leasing Companies
- Build relationships with fleet management and vehicle leasing companies, including car rental businesses.
- Present opportunities to integrate fleet management companies to our ride hailing network.
- Explore partnerships with logistics companies for intra-city distribution using three-wheeler vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of experience in commercial and passenger vehicle sales.
- Proven track record of managing large sales teams across multiple regions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Conversational ability in English is a must.
- Indonesian Citizenship
