Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communication (preferably with working area experience in the Beauty Industry)
- Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, KOL, event organizer, and media relations
- Creative and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and event organizer
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external teams
- Strongly analyze the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Placement location: Sumatera region, with homebase in Medan
