Requirement :

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economic, Business, Accounting or similar field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative finance role

3. Excellent Microsoft office skill

4. Organized with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

5. Knowledge of Accurate Accounting Software

6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

7. Strong organisational and time management skills

8. Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

Job Desc :

1. Perform general administrative tasks such as filling, correspondence, and data entry

2. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

3. Conduct payment eligibility checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices and other financial records

4. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents in a timely manner

5. Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting

6. Handle financial reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting

7. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis

8. Prepare of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

9. Support the month-end and year-end closing processes

10. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policies
