When it comes to organizational growth, business development acts as the thread that ties together all of the company’s functions. In Business Development, we talk about ideas, initiative consistency, and discipline. We aim to help Topremit expand, improve its sales, revenue, product offerings, talent, customer service and brand awareness by building strategic partnerships and making strategic business decisions.

What You Should Have: 

• Willing to stay in Medan.
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal in English & Bahasa Indonesia (able to speak other language is a plus).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and other relevant software.
• Demontrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrate good time management and organizational skills.

What You’ll Contribute On:

• Assist Business Partnership Specialist in mapping payers before going live and updating payers when there is a complete name change.
• Assist Business Operations to update administration work when there is an update from partners.
• Conduct research regarding products or user behavior needed by the business team, and about insurance for the Topremit business model by looking for potential companies that have been given leads or looking for them yourself.
• Review requests from the CX form regularly and inform the Business Operations Specialist if there is something new.
• Responsible for monitoring completed projects from all teams and making presentations every month.
