Requirements :
- Willing to be relocated outside Jakarta, such as to Medan, Bali, and other locations.
- Proven experience as CDP in casual dining restaurant, with at least 3 years in a technical or developmental role.
- Willing to be relocated to Medan and other locations
- Extensive knowledge of culinary arts, food safety and industry standards.
- Strong creativity and problem-solving skills to adapt recipes and resolve technical challenges.
- Ability to train and mentor culinary staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge about pastry/bakery
