KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently manage operations, providing guidance and support to prospective students.
- Implement strategic approaches to meet and exceed individual sales targets for the assigned city.
- Offer comprehensive student consultation on study plans, university choices, and English courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and educational partners in the new city.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective promotional strategies for overseas study opportunities.
- Represent the institution in promotional activities at education exhibitions, seminars, and interview programs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must reside in MEDAN
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing / Communication is preferred.
- Min. of 2 years of experience in the Sales / Educational Sales Industry.
- Proficiency in English and Hokkien
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and stakeholders.
- Showcase the ability to work independently and collaboratively, fostering partnerships and enhancing the overall representation of the institution.
