Job Requirement :
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field-
– Proven experience in leadership (minimum 3-5 years as a coordinator, department head, or similiar role)
– Ability to mentor & to delegate tasks effectively and provide clear guidance to teachers and staff
– Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills (Skilled in conflict resolution among students, teachers, and parents)
– Familiarity with 21st-century teaching methods, including STEAM, project-based learning, and digital literacy
– Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and ed-tech tools
– Strong student behavior management skills while promoting positive discipline
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Ability to represent the school professionally in community outreach and events
– Strong ability to adapt to educational change (shifting curriculum, governmentpolicies, or technological advancements)
– Willingness to pursue professional development (attending workshops, conferences, or leadership training)
– Ability to oversee scheduling, assessments, and school policies
– Strong experience in school timetable scheduling, including last-minute changes and emergency adjustments
– Ability to optimize teacher workload while ensuring smooth operations
– Familiarity with school accreditation processes and compliance with educational standards
– A visionary mindset to drive school improvements
– Passion for fostering a positive school culture
– Experience in conducting regular team meetings and training sessions for teacher
