Job Summary:
As a full-time English teacher at AT Institute of Language, you will deliver high-quality English instruction to junior and senior high school students, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. The position includes responsibilities beyond teaching, such as curriculum development, mentoring, student progress tracking, and participation in school events and teacher development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and teach English lessons aligned with CEFR standards and the Institute’s curriculum
• Deliver engaging classes that enhance students’ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
• Use interactive methods and digital tools (e.g., Google Classroom, Nearpod) to support student learning
• Create assessments and provide timely feedback on student performance
• Monitor and report on student progress regularly
• Contribute to materials development and curriculum review
• Attend weekly meetings, internal training, and professional development workshops
• Coordinate with parents and academic manager when necessary
• Participate in events, competitions, and seasonal programs hosted by the Institute
• Support the values, mission, and culture of AT Institute of Language
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in English Education, English Literature, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience with teens (13–18 years old)
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); minimum CEFR level C1 preferred
• Familiar with CEFR, communicative language teaching (CLT), and task-based learning (TBLT)
• Comfortable using EdTech and digital teaching platforms
• Professional, energetic, student-focused, and open to innovation
• Teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, CELTA) is an advantage
. Public speaking skill and experienced in public speaking are point plus
Working Hours :
• Monday to Saturday
• Flexible scheduling based on class needs (both offline and online classes possible)
