Y Ventures Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager with ACCA or an equivalent qualification to join our dynamic team. The Finance Manager will play a key role in overseeing the financial health of our organization, managing financial reporting, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial management and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
• Manage cash flow and optimize financial processes for efficiency.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in finance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strategic thinking and ability to provide financial insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a senior finance role.
• Fluent in English and Tech Savvy
• ACCA or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
