Role Summary:

The Finance Support role will assist the Commercial and the Finance team with order & payment processes. This role involves ensuring the accuracy of financial documentation, conducting payment eligibility checks, handling reconciliations, and generating GRN (Goods Receipt Note) reports. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication to maintain seamless financial and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the commercial team in confirming IO processes and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
• Conduct payment eligibility checks to verify the accuracy and completeness of invoices and other financial records.
• Handle financial reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Generate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) reports and maintain proper documentation for auditing and tracking purposes.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline payment processes and ensure timely completion of financial tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and provide updates on payment and reconciliation matters.
• Assist in other finance and administrative tasks as required to support the team’s operations.

Qualifications:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 

• Minimum 1 year of prior working experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles
• Familiarity with payment processes, reconciliations, and financial documentation.

Skills: 

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools

Special Working Arrangement:

This is a full WFO role (Medan-based). This role will primarily operate during standard business hours but may require flexibility to accommodate communication with teams in different time zones (e.g., Singapore, US, UK).
