Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer with Java and React.
• Deep understanding of web development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience in Business Intelligence and Data Migration is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Native proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
