Job Description:
- Verify inbound documents to match purchase orders.
- Perform daily clearance tasks (inbound/outbound data input, invoice uploads, SO release, ITSS, KKDV) and ensure same-day completion.
- Archive inbound and outbound documents systematically.
- Conduct daily sales reporting for stakeholders.
- Send invoice documents to the finance team for payment processing.
- Check customer goods to confirm they match purchase orders.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
- 1+ year of experience in warehouse administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized with good time management skills.
- Willing to work in Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan, Medan and able to join ASAP.
