Management Trainee will take part in rotational training programme across Event Planning, Operations, Sales, and Front Desk. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with event planning and execution, identifying leads, preparing proposals, handling inquiries, collecting feedback, maintaining client databases, and reporting.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Events Management or a related field.
- Experience in project coordination or operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or event management tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented problem solve who thrives in fast-paced environments.
