ALGORITHMICS is an international Programming & Mathematics school for children from 5 to 17 years old, with over 300,000 students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.

Hi! This is the team of Algorithmics school!

 

For over 7 years we have been developing education in the children’s segment but around the world. One of our main goals is to help children find themselves in digital and IT spheres.

“Algorithmics” is among the top largest EdTech companies in Europe, we are growing intensively from year to year and have no plans to stop.

This year we start our project in Indonesia.

Due to the expansion of the team, we are now in search of a Regional Sales Director or Regional Sales Operation Manager (Branch Manager) English Speaking who ready to help children and teenagers find something to do in the IT world.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales management
    • Hiring, onboarding, training and control Sales Executives
    • Sales planning
    • Personal sales (Looking for the client and do the dealing)
    • Event organization and hosting
    • Analysis and Reports
  • Marketing management
    • Control all the marketing activities and providing regular feedback
    • Looking for new marketing opportunities
    • Involvement in offline marketing activities (hiring promoters, printing flyers, etc)
  • Operational Management (Academics Role)
    • Control the Lead Tutor
    • Improve the retention
  • Administration duties
    • Find, rent an office for the school
    • Organize the repairment
    • Maintain the office
    • Financial management. Following the budget
    • Involvement in legal duties

 

Key performance indicators:

  • Number of sales
  • Customer acquisition cost
  • Retention rate
  • Profit

 

Requirements:

  • Hard skills
    • Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Economics/Engineering or equivalent
    • Working experience: 3 years as a Sales Manager (not Executive!!), Sales Director, CCO or CEO with confirmed successful results
    • Language: Fluent English
    • Skills:
      • Sales methods and tools (Scripts, Objections, etc)
      • Sales Management
      • Basic management
      • Perfect at Math and Logic
      • Data analysis
      • MsExcel or Google Sheets
      • CRM-systems
      • Presentations
      • Reporting
      • Sales and financial planning

Conditions:

  • Average monthly income: from 800 US Dollars (salary + %).
  • Paid training and personal mentor during the work.
  • Work with a schedule of 5/2 from 10:00 to 19:00. Working on Weekends is a must.
  • Vacations and holidays: 28 days of vacations. But no governmental or religious holidays. No double pay-offs.
