Placement: Medan

Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to after-sales customer management
• Conduct market surveys and look after potential B2B consumers.
• Create proposal and present it to client
• Resolve client complaints
• Follow up agreement, Purchase Order, and support necessary documents to client’s
• Maintain relationships with customers
• Manage sales activity records and compile sales reports
• Have a strong Point of Sales (Communication, Negotiation and Focus on Target)

What You Need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of channel/B2B sales experience
• Knowledge of the software domain will be beneficial (SaaS, Access Management Software, Human Capital Management Software)
• Passion for technology and understanding of IT concepts
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills
• Sound and clear product knowledge.
