- 1+ years experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Experience in develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Creative, highly organised, self-motivated, and a strong communicator
- Up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and content strategies
- Working knowledge of photo and video editing software (Canva, CapCut, and other basic graphic tools)
- Confidence to appear on camera and perform voice-overs
- Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to bring brand visions to life
- Willing to work on-site (WFO)
