When we talk about Topremit, we talk about products. When we talk about products, we must know that it needs more than one division to finish a product, meaning we need people to manage the flow and the product building progress. That’s why we need Product Managers. A Product manager’s role is to identify our customer’s needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulate what success looks like for a product, and also rally teams to turn that vision into a reality. As a product manager, we are required to have essential skills such as research, analysing, task management, team management and good communication skills. Product managers work with teams of engineers, product designers, and business users on the development work. This includes defining the features, refining strategy, estimating work, and planning sprints, tracks product progress and product releases.
