Job Description:
- Supervise and be responsible for the performance of a team during their shift.
- Optimize inbound and outbound volume targets.
- Plan manpower requirements for each shift.
- Assist field teams in operational activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in operational leadership roles.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Willing to work in Tembung, Percut Sei Tuan, Medan and able to join ASAP.
